HAPPY GOOSE STUDIO, S.A.S. (hereinafter referred to as “ACOOCOORO”), with its address for hearing and receiving notifications located at Mexico City, gathers personal data from its clients, suppliers and/or readers, in fulfillment of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties, published in the Diario Oficial de la Federación on July 5, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as “the Law”), it is responsible for the treatment of data and it is committed to respecting the privacy of the same and for that reason it informs you that:

ACOOCOORO gathers personal data in a personal and direct manner when an interested party visits our offices or our electronic and/or sound media through our site www.acoocooro.net, through our mobile applications, and/or telephone lines, as well as through other sources permitted by Law.

The personal data gathered by ACOOCOORO, among which are found the name, age, address, telephone number, e-mail and, occasionally, bank data when a party requests for a charge to be made to his/her credit card, is used solely and exclusively in order for our services to be provided and to fulfill our company object, including marketing and publicity purposes. That previously mentioned means that the data will not be transferred or dealt with by individuals outside of ACOOCOORO and/or its directors or employees, except for banking institutions used to collect payments for our services, upon your consent.

When our users log into our Internet Website we receive information from their cookies and web beacons (see Definitions section).

It is possible that ACOOCOORO’s website houses links to third party sites unaffiliated to us and over which we have no control. For that reason we invite our users to review the privacy policies of those sites.

To prevent the unauthorized access, use and dissemination of personal data, ACOOCOORO has procedures that guarantee correct treatment of the same. For that reason, only the owner of personal data may have access to the same and exercise their ARCO (Access, Correction, Cancellation and Objection) rights concerning the data. To do so, the owner of the data must send a written request in Spanish that includes his/her full name, telephone number, address or e-mail in order to receive notifications and a simple or digital copy of their official identification by e-mail to INFO@ACOOCOORO.NET. In the request, the owner of the data must describe the personal data referred to and the type of ARCO right he wishes to exercise.

ACOOCOORO will handle your request within a maximum period of time of twenty business days after the date your request is received. Within that period of time we will inform you concerning the admissibility of the same. ACOOCOORO will have followed the law when it delivers the correspondence to the postal service or on the date on which it responds to your e-mail.

ACOOCOORO may modify this privacy notice and immediately make the changes public in its offices, web sites or through the means determined necessary.

This notice and its regulations apply to all of ACOOCOORO’S services, except for the Employment Department’s services through www.acoocooro.net since the processing and treatment of personal data provided by the owners of the same is voluntary and provided through the Employment Department, and its use will be the responsibility of the final recipients, since ACOOCOORO does not make use of that personal data and it does not make requirements as to how third parties treat the same. In view of that previously mentioned, the owners of the personal data must contact the final recipients to learn about their own privacy policies.

Definitions.

I.-Cookies.- Files with text that are automatically downloaded and stored in the hard disc of the user’s computer in order to navigate within a page or specific Internet website, allowing the Internet server to store certain data, among which is found preferred pages seen on the Internet.

II.-Web beacons.-Images inserted in Internet pages or websites such as e-mails and which may store information on the user’s IP address, time of interaction in web sites, among others.
